Black Matrix Opal Claw-Set Pendant on Peridot, Lapis & Hypersthene Necklace
This enchanting necklace centers around a 1.25-inch Black Matrix Opal pendant, held securely in a hand-carved claw-style setting created in my home studio using the ancient Lost Wax Casting technique. The organic claw design allows the opal’s flashes of color to shine from every angle, showcasing its unique and vibrant play of fire.
The pendant is paired with an 18-inch beaded chain featuring sparkling faceted peridot, deep blue lapis lazuli, and shimmery hypersthene beads. Sterling silver accents give the strand a polished finish, while the push clasp makes it easy to remove the pendant and swap it out for charms or other pendants, offering versatile ways to wear this piece.
